Gosset
Color: Tender yellow colour with hints of green gold, fine and abundant bubbles. Regular and intense cordon.
Nose: apricots, pair and quince. Vine flower nose with a slightly honey backdrop.
Mouth: Rapid and persistent note of citrus fruit on aromas of apricot, mango and fresh fig. Delicate final flavour, dominated by a zest of lemon freshness.
Serve: 'Cuisine nouvelle' : traditional or regional, French cuisine or exotic cuisine.
Wine Enthusiast
The latest vintage from Gosset, this rich, intense wine is still young, its acidity showing through strongly. But it has great depth, complex green and white fruit flavors, a hint of toast just showing and the promise of many years’ aging. As it ages, it will reveal more and more flavors that will stand up to even the richest of foods.

The 1999 Grand Millesime Brut boasts a gorgeous nose of ripe pears, honeyed grapefruit, green apples, and white peaches. This exuberant vintage Champagne possesses fine pinpoint bubbles, loads of flavor, medium to full body, and a persistently long finish.

Wine Spectator

Biodynamic
Biodynamic designation is regulated by Demeter, an international certification organization. Biodynamic agriculture is based on the view of a farm as a self-contained organism. Certified organic vineyards must meet Demeter"s additional criteria for a period of one year before earning the designation "biodynamic."
Sustainably Grown
Sustainable practices incorporate organic standards and may exceed them and include ecologically and socially sound business practices such as fair pay for farm workers and energy conservation.
Screw Cap
Wines sealed with a screw cap as opposed to a cork, which experts report protects and preserves wine more effectively than does a cork, while also eliminating the possibility of cork taint.
No Sulfites
All wines naturally contain some sulfites, however wines that contain less than 10 parts per million sulfites are not required to include "Contains Sulfites" on their labels.
